Welcome to Voluntary Centre Services

Urban Challenge Ltd delivers a range of services to the community and voluntary sector across West Lincolnshire through Voluntary Centre Services based in Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey.
These services include training, support for community groups and volunteer involving organisations, local forums, a CRB checking service and direct volunteering brokerage.

Village SOS Roadshow 2012

  VOLUNTARY CENTRE SERVICES (VCS)

 Project Support Officer x2 (Part-time - Temporary 1 year)

Urban Challenge Ltd is a charitable company that delivers volunteering development and voluntary sector development support services across West Lincolnshire.

Urban Challenge has two exciting opportunities for highly motivated individuals to join a small team as a Project Support Officer. One post will be based at VCS Lincoln in the city centre (Ref: PSO LN), and the other will be based at VCS North Kesteven in Sleaford (Ref: PSO NK).

  • £8,078 per annum   
  • 17.5 hours p/w          
  • 14.5 days annual leave
  • Company pension and health insurance
  • Posts currently funded for 1 year

Core role:

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including support of the CRB checking service
  • Act as a point of contact for enquiries
  • Operate as a member of the volunteer brokerage team
