Stepping Stone Strollers present Walk and Talk

Award winning Stepping Stone Theatre for Mental Health devises and creates theatre shows with the Gainsborough community. But now they are starting a walking group that does exactly what it says!!!! The group will walk and talk.

When you join you will be partnered up with a member of Stepping Stone, a new friend. You can talk about nothing, you can talk about everything. The walk leader will suggest subjects to talk about.

The walk will take place in “downtown” Gainsborough, meeting at the BEAR by the fountain in Marshall’s Yard. The walk will take place second and forth Saturday of the month at 11:00 am. (Next walk is May 11, then May 25) The walk will take approximately an hour and will be approximately a mile. The group will stroll at a slow and steady pace.

“Gently exercise is always good for your mental health. And the first step to Recovery is to talk your mind.” Bill Rodgers, Artistic Director of Stepping Stone Theatre for Mental Health

Anyone can join. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
