Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide and work with them to identify uncertainty, and create a plan to support their immediate safety. You don’t have to be a professional to attend, but everyone who works with adults facing difficulties in life should have this training.
