SkillsReach is delighted to be appointed to run the Greater Lincolnshire Peer Network programme for the Voluntary and Community Sector.
The programme will support on a fully-funded basis Greater Lincolnshire charities, social enterprises, CICs with more than 5 staff to participate in a facilitated Peer Network programme to support their leadership/organisational development and collaborative potential – particularly in these highly unusual times.
It includes as follows:
6 virtual learning sessions – delivered in a practical, engaging, action learning style around topics that focus on the current opportunities and challenges faced by the participants. This could include: Mitigating Covid Impact : Income Generation: Virtual Leadership and Team Management : Best application of digital technologies : Leader as Coach : Virtual Volunteering : Trustee Development etc. etc. You will help design a programme to meet your needs,
Tailored one-to-one support – provided by a coach or specialist to work with you on a topic of your choice.
This will be an informal, collaborative, fun learning and development opportunity – no assignments or assessments!
