Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are looking for people who can support staff recruitment.

Do you have experience of using mental health services or care for someone who does?

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust employs around 2,800 staff.

They need to ensure that we recruit the best people and appoint individuals who are caring, compassionate and have the best interests of service users in mind.

As a service user or carer you will have first-hand experience of the type of care and support that people should expect from the Trust.

If you express an interest in helping them, you will be appropriately trained and given opportunities to take part in the many different aspects of recruitment and selection. You will help them to make sure that they recruit the right staff.

They believe that service user and carer involvement in their recruitment process is essential to ensure that they select the best candidates who demonstrate the knowledge, skills, values and behaviours that the Trust, their services users and carers expect.

They want to encourage more service users and carers to take part and they hope you are interested in undertaking a valuable role in their recruitment and selection processes.

They are holding a Recruitment & Selection workshop online via MS Teams on

Wednesday 4th October, 10:00am-11:00am.
