SkillsReach are pleased to announce further funding for new cohorts of their successful Peer Networks programme.
This powerful leadership and business development opportunity is aimed at charities, CICs, social enterprises and co-ops and creative industries organisations operating across Greater Lincolnshire.
The programme is fully-funded and offers 6 x facilitated action learning sessions, run virtually over zoom, (initially at least) alongside 3.5 hours of tailored one-to-one support with a coach, mentor or specialist of your choice.
Beyond personal development, by joining the Peer Network you will build a trusted network for collaboration within the Improve Network community in Greater Lincolnshire.
Here’s what previous participants have said about Peer Networks:
“Peer Networks helped me to establish new, or renew old, peer relationships in a unique way over shared learning and development.”- Gail Dunn, Abbey Access Centre
“It was comforting to share challenges with peers in the same position, and I have developed new relationships that have been positive as a result of the programme.” – Stacey Gillott, CEO, Pelican Trust
“I’ve valued the new connections made as well as the opportunity to strengthen existing ones. Being able to surface a problem and have others work on it was very helpful” – Colin Hopkirk, BD Lead, Every-One
“‘A format for honest and vulnerable conversations, which I think is rare in business’ – Simon Hoare, CEO, Acts Trust
