There is a new project in partnership with Macmillan, the Lincolnshire ICB and Anglian Water.
Free, practical support includes help if the water goes off; Knock and Wait – which gives people longer to get to the door; the option to communicate with Anglian Water staff in a preferred language and assistance to nominate someone to manage an account. For those finding it difficult to pay, discounted tariffs; assistance schemes and affordable payments plans are available.
