Chief Executive

Ben joined the organisation in 2002, carrying out a number of roles before taking over as Chief Executive in 2012. Ben provides oversight and strategic direction for the organisation, whilst co-ordinating project delivery and ensuring contract compliance and effective organisational governance.

Ben has significant experience in partnership working and managing a range of community programmes including community economic development, volunteering and employability projects funded the Big Lottery Fund, European Social Fund, European Regional Development Fund and other local funding streams.

Ben represents the organisation on the Involving Lincs Steering Group and has taken the lead in co-ordinating community and voluntary sector engagement in the 2014-20 EU programme. This includes representing the community and voluntary sector on the Greater Lincolnshire ESIF Committee.

Prior to his role as Chief Executive, Ben combined his role as Office Manager with Co-ordination of the West Lincolnshire Community Safety Partnership.

In his spare time Ben is Treasurer for Lincolnshire Crimestoppers and Vice-Chair of his local Parish Council.
