Disability Network West Lindsey (DNWL) are looking for a part-time (14 hours a week) , highly motivated and organised Project and Administrative Officer to organise, direct and oversee the organisations self-help groups, outings, courses, and projects as well as give administrative support in the office which may include some funding applications.
This post will initially be for 6 months and a key aim of the post holder is to identify funding to self finance their job role and other initiatives that DNWL wish to carry out
This would suit a self-motivated individual who can work hours as required by the nature of the business with a willingness to learn and develop personal skills, working without direct supervision and able to manage own workload. Ideally they will have a desire to, and experience of, working with complex need people together with the drive to help the organisation develop.
The organisation supports self-help groups, courses, and projects which support the needs and interests of people living in West Lindsey with mental ill health, learning disability, sensory disability, physical disability, and long-term health conditions. The Project and Administration Officer role is to ensure the smooth running, and the development of the group, project or course as well as oversee the administrative aspects of any such project, which may include some funding applications.
Commencing Salary: (pro rota for part time) £6,800 (Full Time Salary Range: £17,000 to £21,000 per annum)
