Citizens Advice Lindsey are on the lookout for a Telephone and Webchat Advisor in Gainsborough to provide a quality assured telephone, webchat, email and, if required, face to face service to clients as determined by the demands of the generalist advice service and projects as directed by the relevant manager. The role will involve providing a high standard of customer care to all clients who access the service.

Details of the vacancy are as follows:

  • Hours: 37.5 (shifts available between the hours of 8am and 6pm – 7.5hr working day). Part time also considered
  • Location: A mixture of office and home working will be considered
  • Salary: £18,092 – £19,824 dependent upon experience
  • Contract: Permanent
