Volunteers’ Week activities from Voluntary Centre Services

Volunteers’ Week, the national celebration of volunteering, takes place once again this year from 1-7 June, and Voluntary Centre Services have a range of events for both staff and volunteers.

Join Voluntary Centre Services as we make time for digital. Our ‘unconference’ event will allow our attendees the time and space to explore the right digital tools for each organisation, with plenty of  opportunity for discussion, networking and sharing expertise.

Gainsborough Volunteer Fair

Gainsborough Uphill Community Centre, Riseholme Road, Gainsborough DN21 1NJ

Join Voluntary Centre Services and Acis as we showcase the variety of opportunities available to Gainsborough residents as part of our Volunteers’ Week celebrations. 

Stallholders are invited to attend all day, and a light (very light) buffet lunch will be provided. Registration is essential for stalls, in order to let us know your requirements.

Caistor Arts and Heritage Centre, 28 Plough Hill, Caistor LN7 6LZ

Volunteers at Caistor Arts and Heritage (CAHC) will be thanked for their contribution at a Volunteer Awareness Day taking place on Friday 8th June to mark Volunteers’ Week, which runs from 1-7 June. The free drop-in event will take place from 10am-2pm, and people who are new to volunteering are invited to a “lets’ talk about volunteering” session from 10am-12pm.
